Dear Mr. Sargent:

  Enclosed herewith please find releases properly signed by the relatives of deceased Indians, whose remains were exhumed from the Catholic Cemetery and reinterred in a new location. Accordingly Mr. Worman and Mr. Thayer have requested me to ask that your check for $625 settlement therefore be forwarded.
