NOTICE ON FLOODED GRAVES - December 15, 1925

NOTICE

ALL PERSONS HAVING DECEASED RELATIVES INTERRED ON ALLOTMENTS OR TRIBAL LANDS WITHIN THE FLOWAGE AREA AS EVIDENCED BY THE LIST IN THIS OFFICE, ARE HEREBY REQUESTED TO FILE THEIR ACCEPTANCE OR REJECTION AS THE CASE MAY BE, OF THE OFFER MADE BY NORTHERN STATES POWER COMPANY TO EXHUME AND RE-INTER, OR MAKE A CASH SETTLEMENT, THE REMAINS OF ALL DECEASED INDIANS AS LISTED. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT SOME ACTION BE TAKEN WITHOUT DELAY BY ALL INTERESTED PARTIES.

 NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN THAT AFTER FEBRUARY 26, 1926M THIS OFFICE WILL CEASE ALL NEGOTIATIONS RELATIVE TO THE GRAVES OF DECEASED INDIANS SHOWN ON THE LIST PREPARED BY THE COMMITTEE APPOINTED FOR THAT PURPOSE.
